| This Price Chart applies to orders with both print-ready artwork and non-print-ready artwork, and for both single-sided and double-sided. Accepted print-ready artwork includes: 1) AI (Adobe Illustrator), EPS, CorelDraw, PDF (vector line arts in any file size). Please convert everything to outlines/curves. These are the most preferable artwork types. Files that require simple re-sizings are also accepted. 2) JPG, PSD, BMP, TIFF, PNG files with high resolution (files that have at least 72DPI at banner full size that would yield output prints with reasonable quality. Files that require simple re-sizings are also accepted. (Small thumbnail size JPG, GIF will not produce good output prints.) 3) MS Publisher, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, Excel and Paint files. | Banner Size Convention: A 3' x 8' (height x width) or (tall x length), with the horizontal side longer, is defined as a 3' x 8' horizontal banner, which the following chart is, and a 8' x 3' (height x width) or (tall x length), with the vertical side longer, is defined as a 8' x 3' vertical banner. They both have the same price. If you want to order a vertical banner, please indicate so in the Customer Remarks field. |
| We can make windslits (half-circled wind holes) and pole pockets upon request at no extra charge. Please let us know the sizes and the positions of the pockets you want and if you still want the standard grommeting. |

| Banner Size with Fractions: If your banner has a fractional size, please order a banner with the next size that is closest to your banner size and indicate the actual banner size in the Customer Remarks field. For example, for a 3.25' x 8' banner, please order a 4' x 8' banner, for a 3' x 8.25' banner, order a 3' x 9' banner, and for a 3.25' x 8.25' banner, order a 4' x 9' banner. |

| Online Ordering Instructions Customers with print-ready artwork, please order your banner by choosing the banner size in the expand box, filling out the other fields and clicking on the "Order Now" button, and then submit your artwork file to us. Please adjust quantity at checkout. Please order the custom vinyl banners separate from the preprinted vinyl banners and other categories of products, as they are considered separate orders and the shipping charge rules will apply to each order. Click on "Keep Shopping" to add more items to your order/shopping cart. Customers with non-print-ready artwork or no artwork at all, please order your banner in the same manner, and then email us your banner information (banner size, color, text colors, fonts, etc.) and logos, if you have any, at sales@nortonsigns.com, so we can design the banner for you, free of charges. For most of the time, the design proof will be emailed for your approval within 1 - 2 business day(s). We will not print your banner without your approval of the design proof, unless you have explicitly waived it. Please put the design proof file number in the Design Proof File Number field if you have been assigned one, or leave it blank if you don't have one or you are not sure.
